陰瑜珈 主要是深度的伸展結締組織, 加強關節部位的彈性與靈活度, 強調的部位為下背部,骨盤,臀部,髖部及腿部。

陽瑜珈 基於基礎哈達瑜珈的練習, 訓練肌肉的強度, 建立身體平衡感, 耐肌力與柔軟度。 

陰陽瑜珈讓您釋放身心壓力, 並學習觀察身心狀態幫助靜心。深呼吸, 冥想與姿勢的結合建立身心意識, 充滿意識的身心幫助活化腦細胞, 增強記憶能力。

  • 此課程適合所有程度的學員, 課程由淺入深, 尤其適合對古典印度瑜珈有興者。
  • 為期八週
  • 學員自備瑜伽墊、瑜伽磚、伸展帶、毛巾或浴巾。
